ABOUT UC DAVIS CLUB SOFTBALL
The UC Davis Club Softball Team aims to be a resource for UC Davis students who want to continue their softball careers through college and represent the UC Davis Aggies. As a club program, the team offers players the chance to compete at a high level against other university club teams while prioritizing their academics.
The team competes in the Central Pacific Conference in the National Club Softball Association. As a member of the NCSA, the team has the chance to compete in the NCSA World Series in Columbus, Georgia. During the 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017, and 2017-2018 seasons, the Aggies earned that chance. At the 2015-2016 season World Series, the Aggies finished in 5th place, ranking them 5th overall in the nation and during the 2017-2018 season World Series the Aggies placed 9th overall. This season, the Aggies will be competing against opponents in the Central Pacific Region to earn that chance to compete in the World Series again.
The UC Davis Club Softball Team practices two times a week, and plays games against other universities over the weekends. The team prioritizes fun competition, academic success, affordability, and camaraderie.
